Why Join?

This means that on a daily basis, Europeans are spending the majority of their time at the office, and the workplace has a significant impact on their everyday lives. Work can contribute to mental well-being but it can also negatively affect it.

In most European countries, absences from work and early retirement due to mental illness have increased in recent years. Now is the time to act.

Poor mental health and mental illness is costly for individuals, employers and the economy. Stigma remains a major barrier to people accessing help and support. However, taking concrete actions to promote and protect employee mental health has positive benefits.
